govt can create jobs with double impact
The govt should give subsidy for job creation in the sales line for american companies. This will have a double impact in, first the sales jobs created and in addition , the increase sales the new employee bring will generate more jobs. Subsidy should be specially catered to americans factories that wish to have international expansion in their sales forces.

new china usa cooperation
The USA should strike a deal with China whereby , the USA send one USA citizens to China to get work while China is allowed to send 4 china citizens to work in USA.
This will be a win win deal as the housing crisis of over supply will become under supply ! Futhermore , the auto industry will immediately be profitable !
China would also benefit from USA workers in China as they will transfer English Langage skills , higher productivity and a new questioning mindset.

how to solve the trade deficit ?
As the USA is a military superpower , the USA should offer protection services to many small countries in the world who are more than willing to pay good money to the USA.
As the protection contract will be on a commercial basis , there will be minimal political repercussions to the protector or the protectee.
Thus , for literally no additional costs , the USA will have money flowing into its bank vaults every year for many years. As the USA milatary is mostly high tech , the dangers to american lives is close to zero.
From a global perspective , it would save many countries gazillion of dollars which would then be put to good use in creating more wealth ( instead of dead milatary equipments ) which would then hopefully make up for the deleveraging in USA and Europe right now and the next few years.

how to solve USA housing crisis
1. By getting in investors to buy up the morgages and giving them incentives like rezoning the land to condos of 30 stories high should there be too many defaults.
2. By getting in investors and to buy up the morgages and govt provide additional land in desert zone ( which is unoccupied anyway ) to back up the value.
3. By giving individual investors the green card if they buy USA houses.
